I’ve been the military spouse navigating last-minute orders with kids and boxes everywhere. I’ve been the first-generation daughter trying to decode contracts no one around me understood. I’ve been the property owner who just wanted straight answers instead of industry runaround. And I remember thinking:

Hi, I’m Crystal — and if there’s one thing I don’t do, it’s sugarcoat real estate.
I’m a Broker Owner, property manager, military spouse, and mom of four navigating business, life, and the beautiful chaos in between. I believe in straight answers, strong contracts, and protecting my clients — whether that means negotiating a sale, guiding a first-time buyer, or strategically managing an investment property like it’s my own.
Whether you’re PCSing, investing, selling, or buying your first home, I bring clarity to situations that can feel overwhelming. Real estate is serious business — and property management is even more about systems, accountability, and protecting your asset long term — but that doesn’t mean we can’t be human while we do it.

Alondra Diaz-Corona
Executive Assistant
Serves as the Executive Assistant at Sage Dream Property Management, where she has spent the past two years supporting brokerage operations, property management, and client services throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.
With a background in marketing and administration, Alondra is known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage complex processes with efficiency and care. She works closely with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure clear communication, compliance, and seamless day-to-day operations. Her proactive and solution-oriented approach makes her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
Alondra is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. As a first-generation Mexican American whose parents are from Guadalajara, Jalisco, she is passionate about serving and empowering her community. She takes pride in helping Spanish-speaking clients navigate real estate with confidence and clarity. She is especially committed to supporting small businesses and families working to build long-term stability and opportunity.
Currently pursuing her Colorado real estate license, Alondra is expanding her role to guide clients in both sales and property management. She believes real estate is not just about properties, but about helping families build stability, opportunity, and long-term security.
As she prepares to welcome her first child, Alondra’s commitment to helping families build strong foundations for the future has become even more personal. Michelle Garrigan began her property management career in Georgia in 2002 and became a licensed Realtor in 2008. Being a Military family she moved to Colorado Springs in 2012. Becoming licensed in Colorado in 2013. Since moving to Colorado she has fallen in love with the area and decided to make the Widefield area her families permanent residence.
Over the years she has served numerous valuable clients, achieving Peak Producer status in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 positioning her among the top 10% of Realtors in Colorado Springs. This extensive experience in the region has given her the insight into the local market, helping her improve her service for each client. Michelle holds the Military Relocation Professional Designation and Accredited Buyer Representative Designations from the National Association of Realtors

I’m originally from San Diego, California, and as a military spouse, I had the opportunity to experience life in Colorado—where I quickly fell in love with the mountains and lifestyle. As a former nurse, I pivoted my career after COVID and the birth of my oldest child to pursue a new path I felt passionate about. Building my own real estate portfolio sparked a passion for helping others create wealth through real estate. I pursued my real estate license to confidently guide clients in navigating and maximizing opportunities in today’s ever-changing market.
Known for my attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, I work diligently to minimize vacancies, maintain property conditions, and optimize long-term returns.
